EasyAnt and xooki Repositories

Hi all

when I merged the INFRA PRs for branch protections in our repos I
realized we forgot to archive th easyant repositories - I'll see whether
we can do so ourselves or ask infra to do for us.

There also is https://github.com/apache/ant-xooki - does Ivy use that?
If so, it should stay alive but I don't seem to have write access (at
least I cannot merge the PR).
