State of Proper Antlibs?

of https://ant.apache.org/antlibs/proper.html AntUnit and (and maybe
soon CycloneDX) are used by Ant's own build. I haven't got any idea
whether anybody uses the compress Antlib.

The dotnet Antlib is pretty much dead. It hasn't kept up with .NET
development for fifteen years or more and we should retire it IMHO.

The props Antlib has never seen any release but we even mention it in
the Ant manual. How about cutting an initial release?

The VSS Antlib are the VSS tasks we have removed from Ant itself a long
while ago. We have never created a release for it and nobody ever asked
about it. Time to retire?
