I haven't got the slightest idea what the xooki stuff[1] does so am
obviously not qualified to review, I'm afraid. Didn't you say we
wouldn't use xooki anymore? :-)

Other than that I see hex to named color conversions and replacing some
bitmaps with SVGs - sprinkled with a seemingly unrelated CSS change[2]
and a change to a ruby helper that does something that also doesn't seem
to be related to the PR's title at all (I haven't got any idea what it
does).
