[VOTE] Release AntUnit 1.5.0 Based on RC1

Hi all

as indicated I'd like to use AntUnit's nested classpath support in other
antlibs and need a new release for that. Also, it's about time :-)

Since the last release has been 1.4.1 I thought it would be good to go
to three digit version numbers. We can certainly go to 1.5 if people
would like that better.

Actually even if the vote passes by then I don't expect to be able to do
more than tally the vote and will only manage to perform the rest of the
release process a day later.
