I'd fix them in master "now" but not cancel the vote.

The only source of jquery treeview I could find today has been for 1.4.1
it's MIT only and only copyrighted by J=C3=B6rn now - but that's not what
we've got. I've copied the version from the source and the official MIT
text.

Oh, it is, but only in the "-withdeps" zip/tarballs.
