StarTeam Upgrade

We're upgrading our StarTeam version from 2009 to 14.2 and somewhere between 2009 and 14, there was a complete rewrite in the SDK.  I'm wondering if my StarTeam tasks will work once I get on the other side of the upgrade?  Any help?
