Ahh, sorry. I just found the "uptodate" directive. I've done:

<uptodate srcfile="grammar.g4" targetfile="GrammarParser.java"
              property="grammar.uptodate"/>

<target name="build-grammar" unless="grammar.uptodate">
</target>

And all seems to be well.
