It looks as if the Redhat repository either was in trouble or Redhat was
doing strange things.

You can visit
https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public/javax/media/jai-core/1.1.3/jai-core-1.1.3.pom
yourself and will see a "We'll be back soon. Thank you for your
patience." message.

You can either wait until ReHat resolves this (maybe thell them) or try
to find jai-core in a different place.
