Please test Ant 1.10.16 release candidate

Hi all

we've cut a release candidate for what shall become Ant 1.10.16, details
are available from

This release adds first class support for Windows junctions and may
introduce unexpected effects on Windows - so it would be wonderful if we
could get some field testing with real world projects before the release
is published.

Normally the current vote thread will be tallied 72 hours from now. If
you plan to give the RC a test during the coming days and can't make it
in time, please tell us - and we'll delay the release for a while.
