I'm following the proceedings, but it seems to be halted ATM, also due to the fact that infrastructure is phisically moving these days (BTW, expect possible mailing list and Bugzilla interruptions on Friday 12/13). What IMHO looks more promising is the SubWiki that is based on Subversion.
