I haven't heard anything from some people that were involved in
the proposal at the start lately.

Since we have run through 3 versions in one day and the latest
is somewhat different from the first one, I don't want to start 
the vote unless I think that everyone involved has had a chance
to read the latest version.

How about waiting until tomorrow noon (1200 CET), unless there are
opposition? That would be enough to let everyone have a look at 
the latest version. We've been at it for a week, might as well
let it drift calmly across the finish line...

I'll kick off the vote then.
