+1 from me, and I agree about the mirroring constraint.

It should go in the following location:

/www/www.apache.org/dist/avalon/phoenix

Follow the conventions for the jakarta stuff.

Also don't forget the proper Redirects in this location:

/www/jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-avalon/release/


BTW, is there someone who wants to do the honors for the
releases we already have?
