The best place is Avalon Users, or Bugzilla.  But as long as we have
the information we can fix it.

That's a new chapter, I have a feeling someone forgot to add
the resource to CVS.  Anyone have some information on it?

I will see what I can do to make it appear--although if the
source file has not been committed yet then there isn't much
I can do beyond removing the link.  I will keep you posted.
