Maven can do it in CVS version ... but not in released version. 

In last release you had to write a bit of ant/jelly script. See a few emails 
ago for an example of just that. You could always share jelly snippets aswell 
but I would much prefer we wait to the next release of Maven and write a 
plugin for that sort of thing.
