Do you mean avalon-sandbox/avalon5 ?
(thats the location I would assume as being the most appropriate)

I was thinking about the same things earlier today.  There are things we 
can start "exploring".  However - I would like to see some sort of 
preliminary roadmap that puts a framework on what we are doing.  In that 
agenda thread I've tried to be a clear as possible about what I 
personally want to see - and I would be really interested in hearing 
from others concerning their priorities and assumptions.
