agreed, but I think we should go big-mudball (ie only one 
avalon-sandbox/avalon5/src) until things stabilize, as that means easier 
refactoring. I'm planning to move over the proposal stuff in the other 
CVS this weekend but if anyone gets to it first I won't be complaining.
