I'm against changing defaults without documentation. You upgrade
Phoenix, it hits you unexpectedly, you have to come to the mailing list
to ask - that is not ideal. Sometimes changes have to be made that break
backwards compatibility, that's clear. But if it has to be broken, there
should be documentation, at least in the release notes.
