Peter, each time we do this, you add caveats which are convenient 
loopholes for future exploitation.

Take a close look at the current PMC list, which you *VOLUNTARILY* 
elected to be a part of.  If *ANY* one of them expresses a veto 
concerning *ANY* matter under the direct oversight of the Avalon PMC, 
will you accept it as valid?

Examples of acceptable alternatives when faced with a veto: Convince the 
person to lift the veto.  Convince the other PMC members to have the 
person removed from the PMC.  Propose the formation a new PMC.

Examples of unacceptable alternatives when faced with a veto: 
Revolutions in place.  Ignoring the veto because the veto itself is, in 
your opinion, evidence of the person not wanting to work together.
