Fortress is nearly there, and I support the notion we should work on
getting it stable and released. Given the flurry of the recent
discussions it is clear to me it's not ready to be gzipped, marked and
put in /dist.

I'm more than okay with the prospect of finishing things and releasing
it, but I don't think things are all polished up yet, so if I were to
vote now it'd be -1. But I don't think that's what you're really asking.
