Excalibur CLI would go into a "compat" library: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=avalon-dev&m=104698191317412&w=2 Phoenix could depend on that until issues with Commons CLI had been resolved. I can't believe that the CLI libraries are under heavy development - there isn't that much to it. /LS
