possibly the lack of that list of links in the same message as the
veto.  issuing a veto with a justification of 'i've explained this
before' is not on, peter.  the authority to veto is burdened by
the responsibility to provide justication according to the project/
community rules -- which afaik throughout apache say, 'a veto must
be *accompanied* by a justification.'

so if you would please be so kind as to assemble links to all these
previous messages and explanations that you are using to justify
the veto, i think it would be appreciated -- as opposed to expecting
people to go hunting for them.
