This has landed. I thought there was some sort of changelog as part of 
the documentation, but I didn't see it (or i'm blind).

I have not added any counters to phoenix itself yet, I'm not sure what 
all would be interesting to instrument internally. Publishing 
instruments via JMX would be cool though :)
