Avalon Revision 22890 doesn't build w/ Magic

Hi, I was playing around with Magic some more.  I decided to check out 
and building Avalon using Subversion, but revision 22890 doesn't want to 
build. 
 From the SVN log it appears that /avalon/trunk/central/system/index.xml 
was removed.  Here is the error:
