HTTP_facility not resolving component

Hi,
trying out the HTTP-facility, I registered a component 

 * @avalon.component name="AdminHttpHandler" lifestyle="thread"
 * @avalon.service type="org.apache.avalon.http.util.HttpHandler"

with the Handler and get the debug message:
