Passing on configuration to subcomponents

Ok, now I'm on to configuration of components.

I am able to configure a component from an xconfig file just like in the
tutorial. Very nice!


What I would like to do is figure out how to generate and pass on
configuration dynamically from a component to a sub-component or service.


For example, component Foo is created using a config file. Within Foo, I
want to dynamically generate the configuration that should be used for a Bar
service that it uses.

Could you give me a hint as to how I should go about this?
