This is what I get when I do the same think:

C:\dev\avalon\planet\facilities\http>merlin
blocks\demo\target\deliverables\blocks\avalon-http-demo-SNAPSHOT.b
lock -config blocks\demo\etc\config.xml
[INFO] HttpServer - -Starting Jetty/5.0.RC2
[INFO] HttpServer - -Started
org.apache.avalon.http.impl.HttpServerImpl@2cb49d
[INFO] SocketListener - -Started SocketListener on 0.0.0.0:8080
[INFO] Credential - -Checking Resource aliases
[WARN] HttpServer - -Null realmName with multiple known realms
[WARN] HttpContext - -No Realm: null
[INFO] HttpContext - -Started HttpContext[/]

So what I'm going to do is to kill my local repository, rebuild, and try
and get the same result as your getting. Wish me luck!

Cheers, Steve.
