RE: Error while running the merlin command with any option

For some reason the command line arguments seems to be interpreted as a
single string (as opposed to the normal string array).  

This is related to the script in 

   runtime/merlin/cli/etc/deliverables/bin/internal-cygwin.sh

If anyone knows how to fix this please yell out.
