I can check again, but I think it has been fixed after the release.

Harvinder, can you please check pick the file;

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/avalon/trunk/runtime/merlin/cli/etc/deliverables/bin/internal-cygwin.sh

and put into your $MERLIN_HOME/bin and see if it still happens.
