Shutdown Merlin gracefully

Hi,

 

Is there a way to shutdown Merlin programmatically ? rather than a Ctrl-C !

In addition, how do you startup Merlin as a windows service with a specified
block ?

Or for that matter, multiple Merlin service instances ?
