Phoenix startup processing

Hi,

I am (successfully) running James inside Phoenix on Win/XP Pro + SP1 as a
wrappered service.

It appears that the .sar must be present in the apps folder for Phoenix to
start the application?

Consequently, I get quite a number of "WARN: File xxxx cannot be extracted
from the Sar because there is a file in the way" messages in the log. Is
there any way to eliminate these messages?
