I realized that I was looking in the wrong menu, so now I see a "Run As ->
Merlin Container" option.  However, when I click it, nothing seems to
happen.  I don't see anything appear in either the "Problems" or the
"Console" tab.

I assume there's somewhere I need to configure it to tell it where I built
Avalon/Merlin.  I don't see where I'd do that.

No problem.  It seems to be enough to get started.  Once I figure this
out, I'm glad to contribute to writing/editing the documentation.
