Merlin Developer plugin

HI, I download the merlin developer plugin for eclipse via the update
site and went through the tutorial.

 When i do Run as merlin... I get the following error:

Launching (Error: ToolsLibrary Location not found). I'm using eclipse
3.0.1 and os x 10.3.5.

how can i get it to run.
