regarding avalon tutorials n samples

Hi, all

 

I was trying to work with openIM project which is java based jabber
server implementation.

Its developed over Avalon framework. 

This framework looks so confusing to me.

Didn't get idea with the docs of the framework. 

It talks of COP etc. theory looks some what ok, but how do it make it
work?

Like developing a sample component and putting it into merlin container
and making it work etc.

In the following URL, it talks of a sample application which I don't hv
