RE: Jakarta BCEL 5.2 RC1

Hello:

IMO, this and many of the sites we publish for components lack an
important feature: a page that describes the change history. An example
of a change history page built by Maven is here:
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/codec/changes-report.html

It would be nice if one could see what's new in this release.
