Using InstructionFinder(String pattern, InstructionHandler handler), if pattern
is at the end of instruction list exception occurrs. The bug is in the following
method:
 public final Iterator search( String pattern, InstructionHandle from,
CodeConstraint constraint )

int lenExpr = (endExpr - startExpr) + 1;
should be
int lenExpr = (endExpr - startExpr);
