The fix of 39695 was wrong . 
Local Variable Type Table does not appears in generated method . 
Additionally , Local Variable Table now contains only entries with generic 
types
Even though the .class file is now in correct format and does not cause 
ClassFormatError , information is missing , meaning that it will be imposible 
to debug in some cases .
