I have just updated the Jakarta site with the information of the 5.0
release which happened some time ago. I just plain forgot to update the
site then, to much information in too many places.

I also generated a new BCEL site and uploaded it. Take a look:

http://jakarta.apache.org/bcel/

It's generated by Maven: http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/maven/

It's not perfect yet but it will get there and it's much easier to
manage.

We can do a 5.1rc1 whenever you want. Just let me know.
