InstructionFinder missing

My apologies if this has already been noticed, but it seems that the 
InstructionFinder class is missing from the binary distribution of BCEL 5.0rc1.  The 
class is in the source distribution, but compiling is a nuisance for those of us using 
JDK 1.4 (the getStackTrace() method in 
org.apache.bcel.verifier.exc.AssertionViolatedException clashes with a method 
introduced in the 1.4 API).
