TODOs

Ok, guys!

I order to resurrect this project I think we should come
up with a plan. When I wanted to write this down as a TODO list
I realized that BCEL does not have a wiki (or am I mistaken?)

So what I'd like to see from a management perspective

o create a wiki
o prepare a subversion migration
o go through the outstanding bugzilla bugs

As from the code perspective I think we badly need to

o come up with junit testcases
o get rid of the static repository approach
