bugzilla updates

Hi Dave,

A number of bugzilla entries have recently been closed with comment
"commited to SVN". Have they actually been committed? I'm asking because
I have not seen any SVN commit notification emails....

I would also suggest that when a bugzilla entry is closed with
WORKSFORME that at least a quick note be added to the bugzilla entry,
eg:
 "Sorry, I couldn't duplicate this with JDK 1.5.0 on linux, so
  I'm marking this as WORKSFORME"

It seems to me that just closing the entry might appear a bit abrupt to
the original raiser of the bug. 

Having a comment also shows who closed it and when; if this info is
available from bugzilla just from a status change without a comment, I
can't see it.
