Updating the docs and Maven

Hi,

I'm not sure if anyone here is familiar with Maven:

But I would like to update the site (I noticed people are pulling down
5.0rc1 because the site is outdated) so I would like to take this
opportunity to switch BCEL's build over to using Maven.

It will take me about 5 minutes to switch the build over and the site
will look a lot better and generally be more informative. Two of us BCEL
committers are familiar with Maven (myself and David Peugh) and we would
be glad to answer any questions about Maven.
