Re: HEAD

Some work has been done regarding parsing of annotations, however it was 
decided that this change shouldn't go in a point release, but instead wait 
for a bcel 6.0 release. The advice on the bcel website is that new projects 
should use asm. For existing projects, depending on how difficult it is to 
switch over your code to asm, decides, i guess, whether it is worth it for 
you.  Generally speaking you will get better support and more timely 
releases there.
