Release process for JMeter 2.5.1 RC1

Hello,

I will act as Release Manager for the next version of JMeter : 2.5.1.

I would like start the release process next Thursday (2011/09/22).

So please, send/commit your (small) patches before.

Also, you can update the docs (user manual, build test plan section and
components reference) if needed.
(the PDF docs too)

If you need a delay for RC1, please notify.
