Hi Kazuhito,

Yes I can start the tomcat instance manually and I can also run the
Cactus tests manually.

I get the exception only when I run the Cactus Ant integration.

${tomcat5x.home}/conf/server.xml may have faults.

Can you start the tomcat instance manyally?
