Where's the information on sending multipart form/data

In the Cactus FAQ, there's an external link to a blog detailing how to send multipart form/data:

Tobias also has a nice              blog              entry describing how to use Java NIO, Commons-httpclient              and Cactus to upload a file.


The link is now dead.  Can someone from the group post the information into the mailing list?
