Can you add the following to line 152 of the build.xml (for the 1.2
version) - just before the <taskdef>?

    <property name="debug.cactus.classpath" refid="cactus.classpath"/>

    <echo>Cactus Classpath: ${debug.cactus.classpath}</echo>

The output I get is:

Maybe you see some discrepancies here..
