<cactus> task under JBoss 4.0.3

Hi,
My goal is to test some façade by calling its functions via remote interface.
For that purpose I am running the task <cactus> with my cactified ear file (which has also cactified war inside), while my J2EE server is JBoss 4.0.3.
I'm getting an error message that cactus doesn't support JBoss 4.0.3 ( "This element doesn't support version 4.0.3 of JBoss" ).
All examples use JBoss 3.x. What are my alternatives?
