Cactifyear question

Where can I find a good reference on how to use the cactus maven2
plugin. (based on Cactus 1.8.1). 
 
I need specifics on how to tell Cactus where to go get the War file that
will contain the actual test cases when using the cactifyear plugin. I
see that there is a <cactusWar> element for the configuration, but I
