There might be a deeper problem that's been there for a long time. I
think Apache might have nuked its installation of a Git UI and
redirected to GitHub?

If you go to:

https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf

A click on a GitHub link (right-hand side), it obv goes to GH. BUT if
you click on a link on the LHS (http://gitbox.apache.org/...) then it
ALSO goes to GH which, a long time ago, went to our Git UI.
