[CLI] Broken links on CLI site

Hi folks,

Back in November Gary kindly merged a patch which fixed some broken 
links on the Commons CLI site, but it looks like the links are still 
broken. Is it possible that the site simply hasn't been redeployed since 
then?

Basically the links to the user guide from the front page are broken:

https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-cli/

The patch in question:

Can someone with the appropriate permissions redeploy the site?

One day I will simply remember the API and I won't have to reread the 
introduction again. But not today.
